Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails and direct them to the concerned person/department.
Maintain the reception area: keep it tidy, manage visitor log, issue visitor badges if applicable.
Assist administrative staff in daily tasks (filing, data entry, scanning documents).
Coordinate with security and facility teams for access, meeting room bookings.
Handle basic queries, guide visitors/employees about directions within the facility.
Manage stationery/office supplies inventory and replenishment.
