Assist in day-to-day production operations and line management.
Learn and understand product manufacturing processes.
Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
Coordinate with QC team for inspections and quality checks.
Conduct basic troubleshooting on machines and equipment.
Prepare daily reports, shift updates, and documentation.
Monitor WIP, material flow, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards on shopfloor.
Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand overall plant operations.
