Assist in operating chemical production machinery and process units.
Maintain correct process parameters such as temperature, pressure, mixing ratio, etc.
Monitor raw material feeding, batch preparation, filtration, coating, and curing processes.
Ensure smooth and continuous production without deviations.
Support the QC team in sampling, testing, and analyzing chemical properties.
Maintain lab records, test reports, and inspection logs.
Report any product deviation or abnormality immediately.
Follow all safety guidelines related to chemical handling, PPE usage, and hazardous materials.
Assist in maintaining MSDS documentation and safety audit requirements.
Report unsafe conditions, leakages, or equipment faults.
Operate mixers, reactors, coating machines, dryers, shredders, etc.
Support preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Record equipment performance and downtime reasons.
Maintain daily production reports, log sheets, batch records.
Coordinate with supervisors for material planning and shift handover.
Update ERP / daily MIS as required.
Monthly stipend as per company norms (competitive for fresh Diploma trainees).
Hands-on training in production, coating, chemical processing, and quality operations.
Guidance from senior engineers and shift supervisors.
Exposure to advanced machinery and process control systems.
DET Training Certificate after completion.
